Just minutes away from Notre Dame, the Louvre and Pompidou Centre – and only 50 meters to the nearest Metro station, Arts et Métiers – the ground-level apartment also features its own private and enclosed courtyard, a hard to find bonus in such a wonderful location.
 
With a modern kitchen, and open and spacious dining and living areas, this peaceful retreat provides the perfect setting to enjoy evening hors’ d’oeuvres and cocktails before setting out to enjoy the local and vibrant nightlife: famous Parisian night clubs are close and frequent along the Rue du Bourg de l’Abbé and the Rue Aux Ours. We have created a “guide book” of our personal recommendations for restaurants, shops, galleries and conveniences we have found useful and enjoyable.
